2. Booking & Service Terms
- Mandatory Advance: A minimum 20% advance payment is required to confirm a vehicle.
- Excluded Charges: Toll taxes, State Permits, and Parking charges must be paid by the customer based on actual receipts.
- Driver Allowance (DA): ₹300 per day applies for outstation trips.
- Minimum KM: For round trips, a minimum of 300 KM per day will be charged.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 12 hours prior to pickup are free of charge.
- If we cancel due to a breakdown, 100% of your advance will be refunded within 24 hours.
