Welcome to SHIV TOURS & TRAVELS. By booking a cab with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.
1. Booking & Advance Payment
- Mandatory Advance: To confirm any booking, a minimum advance payment (usually 20% of the estimated fare) is required.
- Confirmation: A booking is only considered "Confirmed" once the advance payment is received and verified by our manager.
- Unconfirmed Bookings: If no advance is paid, SHIV TOURS & TRAVELS reserves the right to reassign the vehicle to another customer without notice.
- Toll taxes, State Permits, and Parking charges are not included in the base fare and must be paid as per actual receipts.
2. Trip Details & DA
- Driver Allowance (DA): A standard charge of ₹300 per day applies for outstation trips.
- Minimum KM: For round trips, a minimum of 300 KM per day will be charged.
- Night driving is permitted, but the driver’s safety and rest must be respected.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 12 hours prior to the pickup time will incur no charges.
- If a cancellation is made within 4 hours of pickup, a minimum cancellation fee may apply.
- SHIV TOURS & TRAVELS reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of vehicle breakdown or unavoidable circumstances (a full refund of any advance will be provided).
4. Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost items.
- Illegal activities, smoking, or consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged as per actual repair costs.
5. Changes to Terms
SHIV TOURS & TRAVELS, directed by Owner Deep Goswami, reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Please check this page regularly for updates.
