Are there any extra charges for night driving? +
No, we do not charge extra for night driving. However, if the trip requires the driver to stay overnight, a standard Driver Allowance (DA) of ₹300 per night applies.
Will the driver wait if I need to make a stop? +
Yes, our drivers are happy to wait for short breaks (tea, food, or washroom). For long-duration sightseeing stops, please discuss the waiting charges with the manager during booking.
What type of luggage space is available? +
Our Sedans fit 2-3 bags, SUVs (Ertiga) fit 3-4 bags, and Innova Crysta has the maximum space for 5+ bags. Roof carriers are available upon request for extra luggage.
Are the cars equipped with Air Conditioning (AC)? +
Yes, all SHIV TOURS & TRAVELS vehicles are fully air-conditioned. The AC remains on throughout the highway journey to ensure your comfort.
How do I receive my driver's details? +
Once your booking is confirmed, we send the driver's name, mobile number, and car plate number via WhatsApp or SMS 2-3 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Can I book a cab for the same day? +
Yes, we accept "Instant Bookings." Usually, we can arrange a car within 30-45 minutes of your call, depending on vehicle availability in your area.
